Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom or larger items may take up to 7 days. We'll always keep you updated!
We use food-safe PLA and PETG filaments for all products. They're non-toxic, BPA-free, and safe for your pets. Bowls and feeders are dishwasher-safe on the top rack.
Absolutely! Most products offer color choices and name/text personalization. Just select your options at checkout.

Since everything is custom-printed, we don't accept returns for change of mind. But if there's a defect or error on our end, we'll reprint or refund — no questions asked.
